For clients seeking reduced-cost options, Stallworth Sync is also listed in the Open Path Collective directory, which offers vouchers to lower therapy expenses. The provider is actively working to join more insurance panels and receive licensure in additional states, so this payment options information will be updated regularly to reflect new partnerships and enhance affordability for clients.
A: At Stallworth Sync, we understand that life can be unpredictable, so we offer a flexible cancellation and rescheduling policy to support your mental health journey. You can cancel or reschedule any therapy service appointment up to 48 hours before its scheduled start time at no cost. This ensures you have the freedom to adjust your sessions as needed without penalty. However, if a cancellation or reschedule request is made less than 48 hours before the appointment, a fee of $150 will be charged unless otherwise specified. This policy helps us maintain timely access for all clients and ensures your mental health support remains consistent and reliable.
A: At this time, Stallworth Sync does not provide in-person mental health services. All consultations and therapy sessions are conducted remotely to ensure accessibility and convenience for our clients. We are continuously evaluating the possibility of expanding our offerings, and when in-person services become available in the future, this information will be promptly updated to keep our clients informed.
A: If Stallworth Sync does not accept your insurance, you have the option to pay privately. Our self-pay rates are $160 for the initial intake session and $150 for each follow-up session. Additionally, we can provide you with a superbill upon request. A superbill is a detailed receipt that includes the services provided, diagnosis codes, and provider information, which you can submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. This allows you to seek partial or full reimbursement depending on your insurance plan’s out-of-network benefits. Our team can assist you with understanding how to use the superbill to facilitate your claim.
